Age Suitability
Tarot to GO is an entertainment app for reading and collecting tarot cards. This page explains how the app is rated and what it contains, so you can decide whether it is right for you or the people in your care.
Age rating: 16+
On the App Store, Tarot to GO is rated 16+. Apple’s automated questionnaire suggested 9+, but we deliberately set a higher rating because the app deals with mystical and esoteric themes—tarot symbolism and interpretations—that are best suited to older teens and adults. The app contains no violence, no sexual or explicit content, no profanity, no gambling, and no unrestricted access to the web.
What the app contains
With Tarot to GO you can:
- Scan a physical tarot spread with your camera and have each card recognized in its position (Premium).
- Draw digitally from the 78 Rider–Waite cards when you don’t have a deck.
- Read written interpretations tailored to your question.
- Collect the cards you encounter in a personal journal.
The card artwork is the classic Rider–Waite deck. A few cards (for example Death or The Devil) use traditional symbolic imagery, but nothing in the app is graphic or frightening.
For entertainment only
Tarot to GO is provided for entertainment and self-reflection. Interpretations are not professional advice and should not be used to make decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or legal matters. If you need support in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional.
Guidance for parents
Because the app deals with esoteric and mystical themes, we recommend it for teenagers and adults. iOS Screen Time, under Content & Privacy Restrictions, lets you limit apps by age rating on your child’s device.
